PREFACE
Research work can be carried out at any level of learning. In the western world undergraduate student are not required to carry out research project that eay we do it here in Nigeria. as a requirement for awarding them first degrees. There, research project are reserved for mastery learning at the masters and PhD. Levels, therefore are some masters without thesis and some PhDs with limited research requirement.
Here in Nigeria, national diploma student are required by some teachers to carryout standard research project even though such student do not have the requisite research knowledge to do that effectively and honestly. It is hoped that after going through this research work teachers should be able to determine the level of research knowledge require of research student at any of the level of learning. Beginning researchers will no longer see intimidated or scared of research but should be able to honestly carry out simple research studies.
ABSTRACT
This is the effect of workshop in the banking system the summary of the research work form chapter one to five. It actually contain what research works suppose to contain except background of the study and objective of the study. Look at the chapter 3 and 4 it is properly done, it is telling us how the data collected is presented and then analyzed.
